If I sell a legendary pelt to one trapper...will all the trappers in the game have that pelt in case I bring something else to another one?

I just got to Saint Denis for the first time through the main story. It looks exactly how I'd imagine New Orleans to look in 1899. Rockstar knocked this one out of the park
