anything we can do to speed up the checkout process other than being signed in, set a preferred address, and a preferred credit card?

That’s pretty much it. I think you have to enter your cards security number and hit process order

some people here used the affiliate links and were able to get one. some say it's risky due to the possibility to get cancelled but i think it's a myth more than actual fact because i haven't seen or heard of anyone getting cancelled because they used the links below. they don't work until the stock drops though.

While not 100% verified, the two that I know had that in common. I can't say with certainty that's why. I'm still going to try abs use it.

I mean I'm not making this stuff up, baw. There's just been no verification as to why outside of the credit card one, that I personally know of. It's ridiculous that they can't be more transparent.

Yeah I have three that bought PS5's that got canceled, two used the affiliate link. The cancelations were due to suspicious purchasing. I want to be clear, it was not confirmed as having to do with the affiliate link, they were just told it appeared suspicious.
Both contacted Walmart and they both got two completely different resolutions.
One was able to convince Walmart to reverse the cancelation, but he's still waiting for a final resolution. The second one was told he's SOL. I think he just gave up too.
The third one was flagged by Visa. He says Visa says they are going to get him a PS5. He's a high limit guy so I'm not surprised about that.
