Saw some talk on Reddit about Walmart actually selling some in store Tomorrow morning at 5. I get up at 5:15 for the gym anyway so I’m gonna wake up 45 min early and head to the store and check it out. Worst case I get extra time in the gym to work off the food from today.

My local Walmart said they had limited in store consoles to be released on Black Friday. I’m gonna head to my Walmart for 5 as well and see what’s going on

I ended up not going this morning. I checked reddit at 430 and multiple people on the east coast were saying they were told all stock was for the store pickup from wednesday night. I just don't understand why they would do that. Why not just say look the store will have 50 or what ever and allow in person purchases.
I was trying to get this for my son for Christmas but I'm thinking I'm just gonna wait till next year now. All he really wants to play is fortnite anyway so whats the point of spending 500 for something that really isn't going to change what hes doing now anyway.

I understand the pandemic and everything but there are ways to do in person for something like this. Start a line around the back of the building starting at whatever time and once the number you have is met put a road block behind the last car.

I saw some other stuff on reddit where walmart customer service reps online were saying drops at 12,3,6,9 eastern today. who knows if thats legit or not.
