There's an interesting thread on reddit that makes a lot of sense and I agree with.
He thinks scavenging over 100% or 200% gets truncated. So if you had 105% scavenging the game only thinks you have 5%. And that 95%-99% is ideal.
Once I dropped my scavenging to get below the 110% I was running I began getting more drops...

With all the other weird bugs this game has, it wouldn't surprise me at all if that's how it's working

More drops or better drops? Because Scavenging does not give you more drops according to the devs.

Yea, the game is buggy as hell. So wouldn't doubt it. Most perks are easy to test but that one would take way too much data to confirm.

I know that when my scavenging hit around 75% my HE drop rate went up significantly

I have one piece of gear that is 93% scavaging. Even removing my mod with +scavaging it won't bring me below 100%. There must be an inherit bonus somewhere.

Damn me and my squad(guys from work) have been on this nonstop for the past 2 weeks. We finally did one of the challenging daily missions and it was a very rewarding feeling. At 140k/60k/11k right now. I have yet to kill that cocksucker O'rourke by bryant park in the DZ, he haunts me.

Those cleaner tanks are easier if you focus on their big hanging tanks. They will stagger and take off a ton of health.

Don't feel like searching through the thread, but last night I had a group of 12 doing the Lexington event center. I ran that bitch several times and would only take a few minutes each time. Got to be some glitch where you basically have 3 teams run it at once. After killing the boss you get your credits and a gold piece of armor. Once it's done it would just load us all back to the start and we'd go again.
Anyone know how to do this?

Just crafted a vest with the bugged Reckless talent
and a mod slot and +armor.
Scored some HE kneepads from soloing Bryant Park. Manhunt rogue group was destroying dz01 and 2 so I had to do work up North
The rooftop extraction in the western dz05 is the best place to extract if solo. Try to bait cleaners and LMB to fight each other, to get there
