Bryson into the Final 8 it looks like.

EDIT: Bryson in with the 8th spot and final spot

EDIT2: Bryson eliminated in the quarterfinals with a best of 391. 397 was second and 403 was first. Both of those guys advance

Damn, I wanted to stay on this wild ride.

He kicked some euro arse less than a week ago and then did this. And his reputation has done a 180 through all of it. The man is on a heater. Hope he tries again.

He definitely belongs. By making the Final 8, I think he gets a two year exemption into the field or something along those lines.

Justin James & Kyle Berkshire just went 418 and 425 respectively in the semis. They're fixing to square off in the finals

EDIT: Kyle Berkshire is your 2021 PLDA Champion. 422 yards bested Justin James 418 yards in the final match

I feel like there was a thread where clowns were saying he didn't stand a chance...

He absolutely belongs and he has Berkshire to thank for helping him. And now he'll have a two year exemption into the event.

The only thing holding him back now is just getting faster. He set his personal best with right at 219mph ball speed. But Kyle Berkshire and the monstrosity that is Martin Borgmeier were consistently at 225mph plus.

The announcers and scoring were constantly all over the place, but they said multiple times about Borgmeier going over 240mph, but I'm not 100% sure if he actually did. I know he's 230mph like Berkshire but 240mph is just insane

Yeah I'm not honestly sure if the Trackman was accurate or if the announcers were just misinformed. They said it multiple times. But 240mph is a huge leap that even Berkshire hasn't hit yet (if it's even physically achievable).

That being said, Borgmeier is a monster at 6'5" 240lbs. I know he claims the unofficial world record of 231.9mph

EDIT: "Marty Borgy 240" is what the announcers were saying. Borgmeier's goal is to be the first to reach 240mph ball speed. Absolutely insane numbers
