Looking at purchasing some new fairway woods. Is there a generic rule of thumb on how your 3 and 5 wood shaft should relate to driver shaft in regards too weight and stiffness? My driver shaft is a Aldila RIP X 75 TX @ 45". I should probably get fitted, but I am really just trying to tinker.

Edit: I was fitted for the driver

If you’re liking the ball flight and action of the shaft, just get the fairways to match.
I have a diamana 72g X in my driver.

I put and RDX smoke 70gX in my 5W and love it. My next 3w will have the same shaft.

3wood and 5 wood should be Javier. I have a 75x in driver and 85tx in my 3 wood. Weight can match in 3/5 wood but you want heavier. Some people match the weight but normally they’re heavier

I have a sneaking suspicion that you work in construction with that auto correct.
