Ok, and?? I wasn't trying to convince anyone to buy them.. Just was pointing out the the benchmark ball has always been the ProV1 and the PXG was hitting similar numbers which is key when releasing a new ball in the "premium ball" category ..

I've always thought the ProV was seriously overrated and that it's easy to find similar performing balls for cheaper... Titleist just won that marketing campaign years ago and has been hard to unseat..

My experience is that the ProV just feels so good when you really squash it. Feels great with every club in my bag. They're durable, play well when it's windy and just the best in my opinion.
The other tour caliber golf balls are good too but just don't check every box like the Titleist. I think Bridgestone is probably second best but to each his own.

I never once thought you were trying to convince anyone to buy them. You offered info that you heard they were comparable. I did the same thing. I wasn't taking a shot at you or anything.
