Wow re Marsh. When I was a member there, that was always the default to try and get on. How can they justify the numerous increase in fees since covid and shut down a course?

I am a member at Kingwood and the plan is to turn the Marsh Course into a short game practice area. They basically are conceding that most of it is a flood zone. So, reading between the lines, they are tired of trying to repair it after every flood, which seems to be often now days.
