Jay Monahan has looked awful throughout this entire saga. He’s weak and pathetic. Especially when you consider his only plan of action was to paint everyone who went to LIV as accepting blood money until he turned right around and started making a deal with the people shelling out said blood money..
Jay has no leverage.. I don’t think a deal’s done unless the Saudis keep LIV and negotiate for OWGR points. LIV is in year 2 of a decade long plan. They will continue to grow

I still find this hilarious how everyone wants to blame Jay
LIv is offering Rahm 550 million
There is nothing someone can do when another entity is willing to offer someone 10 times what they are actually worth on an ROI perspective
If another employer was offering me 10 million, there is absolutely nothing my current employer could do. Nothing. I’m not worth close to that number

He and the attorneys could have not laughed in the players faces when they suggested having some ownership in additional events.
You, of course, know that but ignore it.

Additional ownership isn’t worth anything near 500 MILLION
You don’t seem to understand the enormity of that. They could have offered the players EVERY SINGLE THING THEY WANTED. The Saudis countering with 100s of millions was always going to be more

I understand that, but they may not have even entertained LIV if monohan hadn’t laughed in their faces.
