This isn't a new thing with him. He was slow as molasses in junior, college, and now pro golf. He and Jordan take turns at the top in terms of pace of play.
Had this convo over the weekend - give them ALL the exact same range finder, slope/no slope whatever don't care. Speed the game up. ridiculous a pro round takes 5 hours in perfect conditions.

Poulter seems like he'd be absolutely awesome off the course.
It's just that he's been an American-killer year after year at the Ryder Cup, and some of his antics can get under your skin if he's not on your side. He's like the Bobby Hurley of golf.

To the original point, I wholly agree and don't like this guy. I know it's not necessarily his fault about the physics thing, but can we go 5 minutes without hearing about it? Guess what - golfers are generally an intelligent bunch for pro athletes, I'm betting many are just as intelligent as he is.

He’s a slow playing chode. He also has 0 appeal outside of core golf fans. No young kid looks at this fggt taking 10 minutes to calculate angle of descent and says “yeah I wanna pay $60 to go do that for 5 hours”

Seems like the last pro golfer to ever wear a bebop hat on tour was Payne Stewart. Bryson brought it back. I like it. It's different. I just don't care for the huge Puma logo on it now but I get it.

Mainly since he played the "physics" angle to get air time. He did NOT finish his degree as far as I can Google.So all the media hype is just that.
He has just as much of a physics degree as the hot blonde that walks out the first day of Phys 2101 because she realized she's in the wrong class.

On the range at Augusta right now... with a baseball style, Kelly green hat, a white "P" (I assume for Puma), a white and grey puma shirt and khaki pants with white shoes... He also has a retractable wire brush attached to his belt loop to clean his grooves, and his physics textbook of a yardage card sticking out of his back pocket.
I like the hat, but the rest of it screams "I got this outfit at Walmart and play once every year."
I know that I am letting my dislike of him get to me and no matter what he did I would find something wrong with it, but he just looks like a douche.
