I just found it odd, I don’t think I’ve ever seen that on tour.

It’s a barometric pressure reader that gives him an instant reading to his brain every 10 mins.
As soon as there is a shift in the air he is alerted and he adjusts his yardages as he sees fit.
It also alerts him to the air temperature every 5 mins so he can know how his ball will react when hit and he can adjust accordingly.
Pretty cool.
