Is Tiger Woods a slow player?

Someone on the internet pointed out that he’s a slow player and a generation of golfers copied him which is why there are now a lot of slow players on tour. They mentioned the shot clock violation he got in TGL and said most of his shots there are with the clock at 5s or left. I never thought of Tiger as slow, but a bunch of people agreed with him and claim no one wants to call out the GOAT so he gets away with it.
So tell me, is Tiger a slow player?

You can't talk bad about Tiger on this board either.

Obviously stupid and wouldn't happen but it'd be funny as hell if they implemented something where if you take longer than 30 or 45 seconds to line up a putt, a miss counts as two strokes.
Funny as frick watching Cantlay spending 4 or 5 minutes lining up a putt only for him to miss it badly.

They're almost all slow. I didn't watch but last weeks final round took the last group 5.5 hours. People complain about slow play, they say they are going to work on ways to speed up play, they never do, and rounds continue to take forever.

It's crazy.
I see where they are talking about testing using range finders to speed up play.
The problem, from what I understand the last time this was trialed, was that players and caddies would shoot it with a laser but still consult the yardage book so if there was ever a discrepancy between what the laser said and what they thought the yardage was, they'd spend even more time trying to settle on a distance

Tiger suggested back in 2012 that if players have to be warned even once about slow play that it would be a stroke penalty.
quote:
Woods said after his round of 73 Sunday at the TPC Sawgrass Players Stadium Course that the only way the Tour can combat slow play was to issue stroke penalties without warnings.
"If get a warning, you get the [stroke] penalty," he said. "I think that would speed it up."
Woods was asked to clarify if he meant a penalty after a warning.
"No ... just straight out, if you get a bad time, yeah," he said.
Woods said fining players doesn't work and he said strokes would matter more.
"Strokes [are] money," he said.
Woods wrote on his web site four years ago about his concerns over slow play. When asked how he thought the problems was now, he said, without hesitation "worse."
Woods said he "certainly heard" of the critcism of Kevin Na for his slow play but has never played with Na.
"Some guys have an easier time committing and going and other guys don't," Woods said.
Woods said one stroke can be the difference between hundreds of thousands of dollars. Slow-play penalties on Tour are usually in the neighborhood of $5,000.
"I would take the five grand over the 800K," he said. "That's one shot, and that's the difference. That's what people don't realize is that one shot is so valuable out there."

According to a few PGA players online it’s a few slow groups that slow the entire field down.
Obviously they’re biased but one of them (Michael Kim), posted data to back at least himself up that apparently the PGA has. He averages slightly less than 40s to hit a shot and based on the rankings he’s slightly faster than average but pretty close to average. So the average PGA player takes 45s to hit their shot, that seems reasonable. I hit faster than that but it’s not my career so I’ll give them a little extra time.
I’m in favor of a shot clock and/or harsher penalties for slow play but I’m not sure how you can really effectively implement a shot clock.

That's just crazy. I could see talking about where to land a ball in reference to the pin based on the distance, but to actually argue against the laser is dumb.
