Lagshot 7 iron. It's a heavy club with a real whippy shaft. Ranked top training aid of 2022.

I got this thing as a Christmas present and I've been fooling around with it a little bit. It's a little awkward at first but after figuring it out I hit some good shots with it. It forces you to have better rhythm and hinge. Then when I went back to hitting my regular 7 I was annihilating the ball.

I've always struggled some with proper timing. I often cuss myself as a stupid-no-rhythm-white-boy. I recommend this thing for anybody looking to work on their striking. They have a driver version and a wedge. If anyone has tried them please let me know your thoughts.

I think the DST 8 iron is a solid choice
