According to the former commissioner of the Louisiana High School Athletic Association, he received more complaints about Reed cheating than any other person, team, etc... John Curtis, Evangel Christian, West Monroe - none of these were even close to Reed.

To start, defamation has to be a statement of fact that the defaming party knew was a lie. Most people are actually of the opinion Reed is a cheater, much less a known fact he doesn’t cheat.
If needed, Brandel could actually post multiple videos of what looks like reed cheating

That’s just one part. And Brandel has done this multiple times with Patrick. Most unwarranted.
I can show a video of Tiger cheating and that was brushed off because he’s Tiger. Cam Smith just got caught cheating too. You hear anything about him?

Cam Smith was not caught cheating. In fact, he did the exact opposite. If he would dropped again it probably would have rolled in the hazard, and he would have been able to place it. I don’t know what your obsession with Reed is, but he is hardly worth being made a fool over.

Do you know the rules of golf? He had also grounded his club in multiple bunkers w/o saying anything. That is also against the rules of golf.

The more you think about this suit the better it gets. Exactly what “damages” has Reed faced? If anything, his dickhead cheating persona is what has made him infamous. It is what allowed him to sign recently for more cash. Claiming these truths said about him caused him 750 million in harm is hilarious
1. He actually is a cheater and video evidence can be brought forth to prove this
2. He has faced no damages from the comments of Brandel and the golf channel, if anything it was a monetary gainer for him
