I had it so bad after a hard tennis match that I couldn’t lift my cell phone. I iced it, rested it a few weeks and squeezed a tennis ball ten times 2-3 times a day. It went away.

I'm actually having PRP done today. I got cortisone back in November and got about a week of relief from it. I have a partial tear in the tendon and hoping the PRP works to avoid surgery.

Did you get some imaging done to get that diagnosis? Let me know how the PRP goes and if you get some noticeable relief.

Theraband - flex bar - works / go to Amazon and get one and do it several times a day / you will wake up in a couple weeks and realize you don’t have tennis elbow anymore
