But I'm not what you call a great golfer. PB is 82, depends on the day, I can shoot 82 or I can put up a big boy of 115.

As someone of this skill level.... do you think I will get laughed off the course. I be playing as a single and I could just see myself getting paired up with a scratch golfer and that would also just make my game go to shite.

Anyone had any experience playing there?

You will be fine there. All types of skill levels play TPC on a regular basis.

Oddly if I am playing with someone having a good round I usually play well also. It's like I can play up or down to my playing partners.

I average in low 80's consistently. Decent ball striker that cant putt. The biggest hurdle at TPC is the damn bunkers. If you can keep it straight off the tee, then it really isn't a difficult course. Just play conservative and enjoy your round!

Its a relatively easy course. Especially with all of the lost trees, there is very little defense on many of the holes aside from bunkers.

Play a tee box up and have fun. It’s not that hard without the length

I've played out there three times. My PB is 96. Just go out there and have fun.

I have played there as a single and been paired up with people better than me and some worse. Just play the right tees for you, as others have said the course is pretty fair as long as you avoid the bunkers. It can be a long day if you drive into the fairway and pot bunkers.

Play the right tees and play quickly. Nobody will care.

Like others have stated it’s all about the set of tees you choose to play from. Not an overly difficult place to play, always in great shape, stay out the bunkers and waste areas and you’ll have fun.

Played it last Saturday. Be prepared for plenty of holes that will be carts on path due to the upcoming tournament.
It was carts on path the entire day and the course was basically dry. Greens were slower than normal

You will be the only one that cares what you shoot. Follow general golf etiquette and play quickly and a scratch golfer will enjoy playing with you
