While I agree that I don’t believe his score, you’re wrong here.
While a 67 on a course rated at 70.2 would be a great round for a 2.5, it’s not out of the question and does happen.
I’m a 5 and shot a 73 on a course rated at 71.8 the other day, trust me that is NOT the norm for me, but it’s possible.

Know some folks who’ve played a decent amount with him. They’ve said two things:
1) He is quite good. He’s a legit 3 or so.
2) He cheats his arse off.

He shot -6 net handicap. That is 1 in 790 times for a 0-6 handicap golfer. A 2 handicap for the most part will never in his life shoot a 67 anywhere based on odds
There also isn’t any way in ducking hell he is a 2 handicap or 215 pounds. Why does anyone deny either things?

I 100% agree with comment.
I 100% disagree with your stat from that handicap chart claiming a 2.5 handicap would only shoot a 67 1/790 times on a rated 70 course if it’s their home course they play all the time.
