Nothing pisses me off more in golf than having a smooth pace going, getting to the turn and some a-hole has jumped in front of our group and now we’re waiting every shot. He’s prob getting a warning shot or two.

If they do it twice, the a 3 wood off the deck back at them seems to work.

This happened to me Sunday. I had the earliest tee time. I was walking. Light little mist, little damp no big deal. I think I had a good 30 minutes before the next group teed off.
I get to the turn and the numb nuts golf starter let’s a twosome start on the back nine in front on me.
These frickers were slow and were hitting extra balls. So I jumped their arse at number 11 and told them I was playing through. One of the idiots says we didn’t realize you were waiting on us? I said me standing in the fairway with my hands on my hips didn’t give it away or me hitting down on y’all didn’t ring a bell?
Freaking idiots. It takes a lot to get me unglued. So when the ranger rode by I asked him in my kindest voice. Wtf were you thinking?

Mid day this past summer I had a tee time by myself and decided to walk. As in hitting my second shot I see 4 college age guys blowing past me to skip the first hole. When I got to the next tee box I'm already waiting. I got up their arse the next couple of holes until the asked me to play thru. I finish 4 to 5 holes ahead of them even playing extra balls sometimes.

Yes I hit down on them literally on 10, then 11. Then I realized that wasn’t working.

Somebody last week was stunned I asked him to play through. They were a 4some playing 15-20 minutes a hole and it was wide open behind him. It was cart path only and they were playing a scramble and I was waiting at every single shot for 6 holes. Some people have no self-awareness and more than likely are new to the game and don't understand traditional norms on course etiquette.

Agreed. Some people just can’t comprehend or understand maybe I guess spatial awareness or something- just like the person that camps out in the left hand lane and doesn’t understand or see the cars piled up behind them.
