My brother in law complains about that with creatine but I’ve never experienced it. Try hydrochloride rather than monohydrate.
I take a daily multi vitamin, turmeric/curcumin vitamin, beet root vitamin, powdered magnesium, creatine, and protein powder. I eat a banana daily and I always sprinkle salt into my water. Gets me covered on sodium, magnesium, and potassium, the big 3 for staying hydrated.
I could maybe benefit from a fish oil cause I don’t usually eat fish in my diet but I think I get some omega fats from the boiled eggs I eat every day.

Am I the only one that creatine makes uncomfortably bloated?
have you tried the german creatine creapure instead of regular chinese creatine? if not try that
still get it, switch to hcl
but you should feel somewhat bloated in that water is more in the muscle.
