Started last night. My bicep is what is bothering me. Anyone know of a clever way to self administer in that area? Had my wife help last night but she's still sleeping in the morning :/

I saw a video of a guy using chip clip to pinch the skin up so he could inject.

Reconstituted my first 5MG and about to start on this elbow.

How's it going so far for you?

When googling, I'm finding different storage recommendations for dry peptides. DO yall store in room temp, refrigerate, or freeze? Same question for reconstituted peptide.

Fridge is good. If you plan on keeping them more than a year, I’d do freezer.

If I have I’d it reconstituted and plan to use it all within let’s say a month, fridge or room temp?

Dang. Been sitting out for a couple days. Surely that didn’t ruin it??? Stupid question but I’m assuming it’s fine to inject cold?

Am I supposed to fridge or freeze or room temp the BAC water.

I just stuck all mine in the fridge.

It took a few days, but I've figured out where to inject my elbow. Overall, it's not as complicated of a process as I thought it would be.

I'm 2 weeks in on the BPC157. Taking 500mcg daily. I am starting to notice improvement in my elbow tendoninitis, but it is a biatch to inject in the back of my elbow.

Once I get through with the BPC157, I'm going to start the CJC 1295/Ipamorelin. Is there anywhere specific to inject this one? Should I use a similar dose(500-600mcg daily)?

It’s been a few weeks since you posted this. Any updates? I have both tennis and golfers elbow at the same time, got steroid shot and it worked but came back and then got the plasma shot and kind of worked. I’m m waiting for the plasma shot to wear off and it starts really hurting again.
