Anyone use these while running or rucking, etc.??

I've used them before when i had a calf strain that would flair up on long, slow runs... that had a pace setter. Anyway, just looking for more feedback.

I got some to wear when riding my bike. Also started wearing them to help recovery and pretty much have them on all the time under my dress socks. Can’t stand when I forget to put them on and my socks slide down all day. Blitzu is the brand, got them for cheap on Amazon and they’ve held up well.

You're on the wrong board for that.

I think sometimes they "feel good", but not sure if any of that stuff has a real performance affect. I've been out of it for years, but when I trained for triathlons, I always had nagging pains. Never used compression sleeves during runs, but often put them on after. Just felt good on tired legs. I did utilize KT tape though. Read a lot of conflicting information on the effectiveness, but it gave me confidence on long runs when I had achilles and calf pain.

If you need them, go get the BioSkin brand on Amazon.

I tore a calf and was running 2 weeks later in a flag football game.

Anything over 13 miles and I would wear my compression sleeves/socks.

Definitely help out.

I like Zensah calf sleeves. Affordable and do enough compression.

For recovery, 2XU has some compression socks that do really well, but I prefer their compression leggings for recovery.
