Tried it for awhile and sleep even worse than it normally is. Otherwise didn’t do a damn thing.

Nah it’s pretty common in something that supposedly helps you sleep deeper. I guess the GH pulse has a tendency to wake some up and I started waking up like clock work within a few hours of going to sleep presumably around the time it was released. Not worth it

usually it helps you sleep like a baby, thats what gh pulses do.

It depends on when in the day. If taken too close to sleep, it's well known to possibly be disruptive. And in general, in some people, it's a well-known side effect that it can actually make sleep worse, at least in the beginning.

You saying "it could be a first" was either extreme hyperbole or ignorance.

I know it can happen but usually happens with the older generation and stronger ghrp, not ipam

But yes a little hyperbole there

I never had that issue.

I’m not on it cjc/ipa right now but I like to take gaba in the evening time with ltheanine. It seems to calm my body down and I feel as if I’m sleeping better
