Just do creatine monohydrate. I like Creapure who’s the manufacturer but sold under many different brands. If it is Creapure, it will have the label on the bottle. 5-10 grams a day. It’s not rocket science.

Don’t “load” it. It will tell you how on the directions. Waste of money. The levels will be the same in 2-3 weeks anyway

Just the regular creatine monohydrate powder

5 grams a day, no more than 10 for sure. Don’t load on 20-25 grams for the first week, it’s outdated practice,

I'm confused. The other creatine thread you started is still on the first page.

Was there more specific info you want to know?

Give your son 5 grams of creatine monohydrate daily.

End the thread. It's not rocket science.

If you are too scared to do that then give him a steak daily. A steak contains roughly 5g of creatine.

How many creatine for your son threads do you plan on posting?

not even close....2.3g per lbs of red meat max. herring has the most at up to 4.5g per lbs

red meat is prolly close to the 1.5g range though if buying from the store.

tldr: give your kid steak and 5-10g creatine daily.

I’m not sure.

Why are you opening and posting if you aren’t interested?

I opened the thread because I didn't realize it was posted by some dipshit who posted the same question last week. I replied because its odd that you felt the need to post the same fricking question within a week and somehow expect a different outcome.

I sincerely hope if you post here again no one helps you. fig.

You really aren't going to get max benefit from the creatine unless your son is boofing it, snorting it, or shooting it. Probably best to do a rotation of the three with a alternating ramp up and ramp down phase dictated by the moon cycles and Chinese zodiac. There are lots of charts out there to help you out, just need to do a little more research. Also: be sure he has an empty stomach, but eats one raw egg just prior to dosing with the creatine. The protein will ensure maximum uptake and benefit... unless its the Year of the Lion... then you might want to use a quail egg instead.

Good luck man! This shite is complicated!

I did the creatine monohydrate in college along with 200 grams of protein and 5,000 calories. I got jacked to the pint I felt silly. Do it for a couple months, take a coupe weeks off to let his body recalibrate and then start back up.

Now I’m middle age and produce too much creatine naturally when I work out to the point it’s messing with my kidneys.

Rex - if you were only getting 200 grams of Protein out of 5,000 cals you were doing something very wrong and most likely looked like a bloated fat sack of shite Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man who thought he was 'big'.

btw there is a lot of data coming out that 10g is better for adults and lots of gym bros lately going up to 15 even 20g a day and claiming much better results. I will be adding 5g a day and slowly upping the dose in jan. gonna work up to 20g a day.
