Thanks! I just ordered it. Hopefully that provides some relief because I was in so much pain earlier that I left in the middle of church service.
That’s wild that I’m experiencing similar pain. It’s definitely gone to the delt and now Tricep. But left of the spine and right of the trap is worse pain than I had before. It affects my sleep and nothing seems to make it go away.
Of all the times I’ve seen that video, I never noticed the single folder on seat of the van
It’s been a week since my injection. The last 2 days have been better but we are talking uncomfortable pain level instead of stabbing pain. I’m hoping it improves, but my shoulder is killing me now (it did this last time).

Slouching while driving and if I’m honest, flat bench press are the likely culprits. I’ve already stopped the flat bench, and trying to be more mindful of my posture. Time will tell.
He trains year round with the football team and goes to a trainer for 2 lifting days and 2 speed days. He hit his goals on the max week to restart the block. So, he’s doing well
You can use apps that will help her keep track of lifts, which I think is a huge shortcoming for youth strength coaches.

My son wants to get involved in it as well, but with football, plus additional training, I’m not sure. I know he would do well in the junior division in Alabama at least

I have my 2nd one for C6 on friday. I can't wait and hopefully it helps like the last time. Pain/numbness free for 18 months was nice.

I have not pinpointed what causes it. You mention your trap putting pressure on the nerve, I'm going to look into that.

ETA: do you still barbell squat? I've stopped before, used SSB, etc with no relief. I've asked a PT and he said only stop an exercise if it hurts. Only flat bench hurts and that's if I'm just lying flat, like a legs up variation. Proper bench setup doesn't hurt.
1970 GTO Judge and no I will never get one
I despise people who litter. Mainly because it takes the same effort to litter as it does to throw it in a trash can. You pick it up and drop it. You are a POS if you throw it out the window.

That being said, a lot of it is flying out of garbage trucks. If you don't bag all your trash, it will end up on the roadside. Especially if your garbage service uses the rear compactor.
They all will build muscle with progressive overload. I despise high rep sets on compounds. I save it for accessory type exercises. Powerbuilding if you need a name. I also enjoy top sets with backoff sets. Like I said, with proper diet and progressive overload they all work.
If it's a sweet tooth craving, zero sugar cheesecake jello mixed with skim fairlife. I haven't tried it with a little vanilla protein powder mixed to see if it will still become "jello"
Welcome to the club of bulging C6 disc. MRI, a block, PT, and finally a cortisone shot. Cured me for about a year and I'm right back where I was. I see the doc again next week. I assume I'll get another shot and be on my way.

My recommendation would be to keep doing the exercises at home that the PT prescribes. I didn't and look where I am now. I suppose it's human nature to think you are cured and no longer have to do the boring stretches, but I'm old

I hate this is buried in some random post and won’t be shared far and wide. This is excellent

It’s almost like you shouldn’t fire your OL coach when the portal is open so that you can fill your OL needs.

I can tell you for a fact if I was a top transfer lineman I wouldn’t go somewhere with a bad line coach.

You got downvotes, but that's the impression I got. I think Deboer is a good coach but his choice to keep the line coach and OC will be his downfall. I personally believe you fix the Oline everything will be ok. I don't hate the scheme, but shuffling Oline most of the season, slow developing routes, running outside zone with fat arse lineman with zero splits is a disaster for any scheme.

Could the OC make calls to help? Absolutely. But it was evident to most when you need trickery to gain short yardage, you are in huge trouble. You can't out scheme getting your arse whipped at the LOS.

Also add in that the knock on Cig was his age and that being used against him in recruiting. You know, back when recruiting still mattered

I remember back in the day that snaps played was a good indicator of how good a line would be. We are cooked
I'm proud to say I have kicked my caffeine habit. Just slowly cut back until now I might have a coffee every few days.

My daily consisted of:

2 16oz coffees before work
2 16oz coffees at work, sometimes 3
1 diet coke at lunch
1 diet coke in the evening

I felt cracked out all the time. Now I drink decaf coffee in the morning and that's it.
