Sitting somewhere between 25-30% body fat and want to drop that 10% over the next 3 months. For those of you who have pulled this off how did you do it? Only supplements I’m currently on are creatine and whey, continue to take during the cut? TIA

Eat 150g or more of protein, keep taking creatine, and eat less food. That’ll do the trick.

1lb:1g protein
Track food
Stay in a deficit
Only drink water (preferably with real lemon)
Lift weights 4-5 days a week
10,000 steps a day minimum

But… your 10% BF reduction would help if it were in pounds. How much we talking?

From my own failures: if you don’t keep protein intake high as shite, when you start losing weight, your muscle will go just as fast as the fat.
Protein and weights keep the muscle around.

For the 1:1 protein ratio, is it 1g per pound you’re currently at or 1g per pound you are trying to drop to?

If you’re currently 200lb but your goal is to get to 185lb, would it be 200g or 185g?

I go per lb. of current weight, minimum. More than that preferred, for me. People are different but for me, it seems like my muscle evaporates during a cut like a fart in the wind.

you are not cutting 15%+ bodyfat in 3 months. 6 months....sure.

stay on the creatine and whey

get 1-1.5x BW in grams of protein and stay in a caloric deficit

start at 8k steps per day, as you plateau add 2k steps until you plateau again. I have found 15k is my sweet spot for fat loss

lift heavy and progressively

sleep 8 hours per night

get an ECA stack once you plateau big time

be consistent.

I’m going to sound ignorant here but I didn’t know eca stacks were still around

I wouldn’t mind getting one

I just train my dick off and lead an active lifestyle and I stay well sub 15%. Any leaner and I find my performance starts to suffer.

And no, PPSA is not training your dick off

I do just as much weightlifting volume or more than most anyone here. And can run a 6 minute mile, 21 minute 5k and 2 hour half marathon.

30 meter carries are not hard

I can guarantee you no one of this board does more intensity than me

Let me rephrase, 30 meter carries with the weight your little minions do is not hard.

You and your little disciples wouldn’t be able to move after one day of my training. And I’ll be back the next day to do it again.

You made that PPSA dude a small fortune though so good for him.

I don’t. I just do more than most of you. It is what it is. Don’t hate the player, hate the game. Would love for a couple of you guys to run through a couple of weeks of training with me

go ahead and start a thread and post your workout then Dr israetel

and unless you have become some national level strongman....i doubt you could come close to me in carrys even with me being only 8 weeks out from knee surgery and i consider myself weak at them

as far as ppsa....tons of people here have gotten strong AF and added lots of muscle....but hey im sure you know better than Aaron, more than 99% of the best coaches in the world and way more than me. im sure i dont know shite with all my certs, all my years under the bar, all my time training athletes...i dotn know shite.

im pretty sure you 160lbs arse knows way more than all of us and have the secret sauce to make us all look weak AF...more power to you

but if i was 160lbs and 15% bodyfat...i prolly wouldnt be calling everyone else fat, slow, weak and undermuscled.
