I need to know how this affects Will Wade before formulating an opinion

Countless people have come out and said ESPN drives the narrative. You can help and get paid, or you can get fired.

I don’t blame the man for providing for his family… just stick to your values while you do it

$2.11 a gallon yesterday in BR. Lowest I’ve seen but I don’t look much

Why in the world is Yorke stealing?
I did what you did.
Crashed calories.
5’10”
Started at 180 lbs
Got down to 160.
I was skinny fat. I lost fat yes, but I also lost muscle. Looked like crap.
Did it healthily down to 142 lbs. Still had the pudge around the belly from not enough protein.
Then I ballooned back up to 180 overnight because my body was starving and held on to every single fat calorie I ate.

Then I did it right and it paid off big time. My advice…
Ease up on your timeline.
Get 175g of protein a day no matter what… over total calories, over gym, over exercise, over everything.
Once you’re hitting your protein goal consistently, dial in the exercise and diet to get your caloric deficit where you need it to be to burn the fat/weight.
How much do you weigh and how much daily protein are you getting?

I think I’ve watched a total of 15 game minutes since Wade was fired.
All I know is with no cheat meals, I fell off after about two months, two different times.

With a cheat meal or even cheat day, I’ve stayed on track for 4 years now

It depends on your calorie deficit for the day. Could be too much.. could be not enough
Heck yeah keep up the great work!
Give yourself some latitude so you don’t get burnt out

Maybe I’m in the minority but I don’t care about this at all. We are winning now. They won in the past. Just win baby and bring home nattys
He’s battling sobriety. He’ll have bouts where he’s sober then falls off
Protein shakes
Legendary and Quest line of low sugar high protein treats (pop tarts and chocolate peanut butter cups both hit)
Yogurts with granola
Zero sugar candy (lots of options)
Zero sugar cookies

It’s better to trick the brain about sugar cravings than to try and stay away from it 100%. You might still have an insulin release but it’s basically zero and nothing like from high sugar foods.

Once your body starts losing fat, you’ll subconsciously relate this to the low sugar foods and will physically crave more of them
