as far as the mentality...i agree...i just happen to think 80% comes down to diet...and if you lift heavy and hard, 3 days works.

I think he was saying he was trying to cut it by 10% not to 10%.

Can you run? If so, jog and run 2miles 3-4x a week. Whatever you weigh? That’s amount protein you need a day. Cut out carbs except for breakfast and post workout. Rest is meat veggies and healthy fats. When you can job 2 mi without stopping? It’s time to time yourself. Each week you’ll be beating your time by a lot. I was at 16 min 2 mi in 4months and fat was literally melting off my body. I quit cause I was looking too skinny. But I was shredded.

That’s right trying to drop 10%.

I’m a relative newb to working out. Spent the past 6 months or so putting on muscle. Weight has remained stagnant w noticeably more muscle and less fat. But I really need to cut 20 pounds or so to get to a healthy weight and see what’s underneath.

Challenge I find is the more I workout the hungrier I am. Seems impossible to lift heavy and do cardio and eat less than 2k cals.

Eat 1800 to 2000 cals of protein and fat. It’s easy and will provide results provided you are training with proper intensity and also doing cardiovascular training as well. You absolutely have to prioritize protein and make it #1.

This dude actually thinks PPSA isn’t enough volume? What is he doing, Jazzercize for 4 hours a day? Go look at Periodic Table of Thickness for god sakes.

I’ve been doing PPSA religiously for two years now and I’m the strongest in the upper body I’ve ever been at 41 years old. It works if you challenge yourself.
