Following a “Brown Bear” diet

So lately I’ve been eating a lot of sockeye salmon, organic greens and fruits for my daily diet along with olive oil and salt free almonds. My diet has been kind of a weak point (since I have never been consistent with it to the degree required to maximize the dietary side of training) - so would something like this work if it’s 80%+ of your diet?
For those who don’t know - my fitness background lies primarily in strength training. Training for big bench (powerlifting-style), a heavy bicep curl and several grip feats (I train grip 3x a week).
All input appreciated. Thanks

Sounds good to me. I order sockeye and other salmon from Sitka shares in Alaska. I think high quality salmon, mackerel, and sardines are honestly nature’s best food/nutrition source.

I kinda follow keto and eat very similar. Also buy other types unsalted nuts. How does sockeye compare to regular salmon. I've seen it at Sam's .

Brown bear will eat a deer if it finds one, get you some venison too.

Venison is an excellent source of protein. I process and put up at least 5 deer a year. Best thing a dude can do is buy a rifle and get in the woods.
