I would spray glyphosate a few times then seed with common Bermuda seed after soil testing.
Those TRD wheels are about $200 each. Not horrible. If the insurance doesn't work out.
RM43 is the best option unless you can get whatever shite is they use on pipelines.

It kills super quick now, but weeds are back in a couple mowing cycles. Used to be dirt where you put it down for months.

You're mistaken. Glyphosate goes inert when it hits the soil. It only kills the weeds of the leaves it touches. Once those die it's done. It does not prevent any new weeds from dying or seeds from germinating. The new Roundup I have no idea, I think it might be Dicamba and triclopyr.

Strange movie. Just finished it. I was enjoying the kids attacking the old lady at the end but when they finally got to her I was kind of surprised what they did.
You can stick something in the switch that turns the machine off when you lift the door. I put a piece of foam in mine. It's on the right side in back or machine. Can put clothes in start filling and add soap etc like the old days.
Pretty sure he needs to seek employment as part of his contract. Not sure if that means he will coach or not.
You know how you are charged fees when using cards at stores etc. these fees have gone up. Alot of it pays for rewards.

Use glyphosate. It's much cheaper I'm sure anyways. I use Compare N Save brand

I know but went in thought it was going to be serious. Seems like the trailers made it looks serious. Maybe I don't like being tricked like that.
What cycle are you using? Normal or Heavy Duty? Heavy duty is the normal cycle. Gov regs made them change the names. Normal is a water saving cycle. Maybe this will fix things for you.

It's pretty old and probably needs replacing.

Roofer just came. Previous owner put a roof on and didn't install any drip edge. Water coming through attic where drop edge should be. Quote to replace roof will be around $20k.
Just curious, you said you have the part and that it's also not available. Which is it?
Someone posted it a few days ago. Not sure what you need to search. We had some young OL players.
