When I’m at a red light force my palms out and will squeeze my hands and flex them out until the light turns green. It’s been the best forearm workout I’ve had. Bc it’s continuous. I found it looking for simple exercises for my 71 year old mom. It works alllll the main muscles and the smaller stabilizers around the wrist.
