Husband has a frozen shoulder .. PT x6 weeks and now home exercises. PT told him anywhere from 3 to 9 months is average to get it right.
Anyone with any experience?

Yes - I was told the same, and it took, as I recall, at least 6 months, maybe a bit longer, to return to “normal” (or near normal).
Same scenario - PT for a couples months and home exercises. It was a decade ago. If I recall correctly, it eventually clears up on its own, but PT & exercises “hasten” the recovery .

is your PT including strengthening exercises? have you spoken to your doctor about the possibility of peptide therapy?

I had it a couple years ago. Got a cortisone shot finally and it allowed me to start doing light strengthening and stretching excercise. Within 2 months I was back in business.

Yeah lower back. 2 disks. Bad l5-s1 on right side I hurt snowboarding 20 years ago. Heavy spine loading is over for me. I work around it.
