I've been getting them lately. Anybody else?

What brands are you using? Could be filled with a bunch of crap ingredients.
Check out Transparent Labs Grass Fed protein. Cleanest on the market. Has like 3 indredients.

What leads you to believe it is from the protein powder?

I've been using this exclusively for the last 6 months. Good stuff.

Happens within an hour of drinking it usually

Once a day? Same time of day? Or are you ingesting protein powder throughout the day and getting headaches every time?

Not every time. Just started the last few days. I've been drinking more of it. For instance I drank some in late afternoon yesterday and by 7 PM I had a pretty severe headache that lasted until I went to bed. Woke up this morning and was fine.

My only point is that there might be other culprits. Maybe you are cutting calories or dehydrated or both.
