I'm not saying it's impossible, but for a guy that drinks every weekend, doesn't eat enough protein or track macros, doesn't lift weights, and isn't enhanced......I have my doubts.

Or maybe I'm just jealous, I dunno.

Already good advice in this thread...but just to reiterate a key point. You are gonna have to take this slow to do that.

Genetics matter. Some can just make gains easier than others. I've seen all kinds of stuff over the years that on paper looked impossible but my eyes told me otherwise.

exactly the case here. I dont care if he used a multiple cycles, to be as big and lean as he is....fricking elite genetics....like maybe 10 guys in all of Louisiana with those types of genetics. insane

Don’t count calories or carbs.

High protein and eat no more than 20 grams of Fat a day. I promise you will see your abs.

I have done this off and on and it works every time.

Think : The fat you eat is the fat you wear.

This is pretty much retarded and doesn’t work like that at all and a good way to tank is testosterone levels

I may get hated on for this and that is fine, but that has absolutely worked for me in terms of losing body fat while making gains. Obviously, you have to hit the gym, but its about the food.

My first few months of starting last year, I did "Keto". But it wasn't keto in the sense of eat anything you want as long as there is no carbs. I basically didn't eat pork. Only chicken and beef with veggies. Typical supper was Steak with Zucchini and Squah, Brussells, etc. I then cut out all veggies and fruits other than sweet potatoes (Less that 4.5 oz a day) and Blue, Black, and Raz berries.

I ate these foods while also being mindful of caloric deficit as well as understand that fat intake is a CEILING NOT A GOAL. If you are satiated, don't try to meet you fat ceiling just because.

Following my regimen, I averaged 1.38 LBs per week drop while putting on muscle for 52 weeks.

Having said all that, I used KetoGainz calculator to get my macros and I log food religiously. I have a kitchen scale for this. Highly Recomment. Folks that don't weigh or log are grossly underestimating their macro intake imo.

KETO GAINZ CALCULATOR

EDIT: I do want to add that I had bloodwork analyzed every three months due to the high fat, lots of red meat, and no carbs. (And to keep up with hormones as I'm on TRT).

Only reason Im including my bloodwork is that many people hate on the keto diet because it messues up your lipids. I have not experienced that but I'm also doing "Clean" Keto and not "dirty" keto.

How do you know? You ever try it? I know for a fact it works and does not tank your testosterone.

lol yes it’s called protein sparing modified fast and yea it does tank your testosterone. Proven time and time again that very low fat does

And fat nor carbs make you gain fat, a caloric surplus does
