I love those. I didn’t know fat is lost through exhaling.

Really? I thought that was common knowledge now.
I think trace amounts can leave through other bodily functions but the majority is through exhaling.

Here is the completed series. This is about as good as it gets. I would consider this a condensed undergrad/masters course in exercise physiology. Just remember there is no "one size fits all" when it come to exercising. Define you goals, develop a plan of action, and execute.
Instead of asking someone what you should do, learn what you should do. “Methods are many. Principles are few. Methods always change. Principles never do.” Once you understand the principles you can begin to create your own methods to apply them.
