My cousin dropped 45lbs in 8 weeks. He was 6’ and 235. He was a former track guy and was running 5 Miles a day and doing intermittent fasting. It was crazy how quick he dropped it.

I did 240ish to 159 in about 3-4 months.

Insanity and mild diet change. Also picked up dipping and skipped meals. Don’t do the dip part if you’re looking for advice though.

Too few. I got skinny fat. I’d recommend doing a diet with plenty of protein for energy. And depending on where you’re starting, add some lifting. I got to a point where I weighed the same as junior high but had 0 definition.

I think you’ll burn over 1k calories a workout with it.
