Week 1 Day 2 Complete.

Deads felt heavy. Have not done them in a while. I am staying much lower on my maxes until I can get a good read on where I am.

man i really wanted to get in on a program party but just not gonna be able to. We are just too busy right now for me to hit 4 days a week. Maybe for july i can.

Day 4
Squats felt really good. No sleeves or lifters. Trying to just use my Nanos and a belt for the whole program.

Week 2 Day 3 - this afternoon... going to be hogging the squat rack.

I just looked back over my notes from last year. My day 4 lengths were 1:55, 1:35, 1:25, and 0:55.

You can get it done within an hour.
I subbed wide T-bar rows for the BB row. The equipment is right next to the first bench at Club 4. Saved some time.
