Is there protein powder out there that does not cause bloating?

I use dymatize isolate. I would try some sort of isolate and see if it helps. No issues here. It's on sale right now.

Jocko Molk. Me and my kids have never had a problem. It could be what you are mixing it with or how you're drinking it, too. I use the shaker and then pour it into a pint glass, but the shaking process is always going to trap air in the mix.

Use an isolate.
Use one free of the ‘gums’ (xanthan gum, guar gum, or cellulose gum) that’s what will bloat you.
In 2025 there’s no reason not be using a ‘clean’ protein free of gums, emulsifiers, and artificial sweeteners. There’s plenty to choose from without all that shite.
