Used to take Jack3d about ten years ago and surprised it didn’t kill me. Would make me dump arse violently every single time

I eat eggs on occasion. I usually go on spurts of eating certain foods, but my typical diet is pretty plant based. Not on purpose - I just lean towards a lighter food. High protein/ high fiber. I've found myself eating a lot of sweet potatoes, lentils/ beans lately. I'll eat steak tonight, but it's not part of my typical diet.

that doesn't look very good at all.

if you want something pre-made i think the best ive seen is Gorilla mode LINK

for me my preworkout needs are this and i mix my own
Caffeine: 100-200 mg
Citrulline: 5-6 grams
tyrosine: 2 grams
creatine: 5-6 grams (technically not in my pre-workout, i just take it at the same time. i take it every day regardless of pre-workout)
MIO: for flavor, yum yum.

if you like the butt itch tingles then add beta-alanine. it doesnt do anything else really that useful in my opinion
