Old racism was a disgrace for the reasons they disliked that race. They believed they were sub human just because of their skin color. Never given a chance to get to know them. 100% understandable and was horrible. Those people who were hated were probably respectful and good people. Those racists are almost all gone and do not exist. Today however there is a new group evolving and it's cause of this behavior. Nothing like racism of the past. It needs a new term and I guess fatigue does kind of fit.

First 4 week try didn't do much. Second 6 weeks run lots of changes in body aches/pains. Did not allow me to lose weight. Which was odd.

I don't think trump will play this open /close strait thing for much longer. He is giving those in the region the opportunity to step up and free if for good. If they don't do it soon I think he's gonna take it with force.
