War is a broad term.. I think we all want to avoid boots on the ground for years and years, but if we need to get in and kick some arse to let them know who's in charge then it's got to be done..

I believe at some point when you are constantly in a deficit your body can think it's starving and it can negatively affect your metabolism.
Throwing a shite ton of calories in shocks your system and can get your metabolism back on track.

Whether that is scientifically true or not, over the years it's a fact on my body that this works for me. Whenever I hit a wall a good reset on diet and taking some days off almost always breaks through

Review all your options, including surgery. There are very minimal invasive surgeries now with small 1.5" incisions and they scrape some of the disc to elevate pressure on the nerve. Get a good xray and go from there.
The shot is just a temporary pain reliever. It does nothing to fix the root cause.
You could also benefit from a good chiropractor that can get your pelvis/spine back in alignment.
Stretches without knowing what's going on in there can definitely make it worse.

You people and these epstien files are ridiculous. If there is any actual real evidence of child raping there would have either been charges long time ago or it would have been destroyed. Naming names and releasing files is not getting anyone prosecuted. If there is any active investigations then they cant let that info out either. Not sure what you inspector gadgets think will happen.
