Work on your internal and external rotation of your hips

We spend so much time flexing our hips with jiu jitsu, they get overloaded these are important

I’m 53 and do prowler pushes and pulls before every workout as a warmup. My knees feel better now than they have in years. Hit it hard for 10-15 mins on off days and you’ll burn calories like a MF’er. Also thinking about incorporating some yoga on off days to help with the rest of the body.

I went through a jogging phase but realized … as I have many times…that my frame and genetics are not suited for long distance running. Pounding your ankles and knees at 220 lbs for an hour just didn’t seem like a good idea.
