Great shape back in her prime.

I’m going to ask a dumb question. Why would I need to cook a precooked ham that long? Aren’t you just reheating it and cooking on the crust?

Where did I state they let reasonable Muslims in? The invading force sent into Europe is not reasonable.

PBR in a keg was solid and cheap.

My beer of choice was Keystone so I could spot anyone that stole one of my beers from the fridge or cooler.

Maybe. Due to circumstances and it being OTC it doesn’t walk with the markets normally. May be some other opportunities out there though but I want to see a multi day picture before I do anything.
You have to fill your ranks with crazies if you want them to do crazy things.
Both France and th UK are saying what they have to say to avoid all of the Muslims they let into their country from blowing shite up.

Everything we see and hear is theatre.

That was my takeaway as well and one of the primary reasons for relocating to the Austin area.

Bingo. Long term hold with a lot of volatility in the meantime. Just enjoy the ride.
As an amateur golfer, Tin Cup captures so much about the game and is such a good movie..it’s in my top 3

I’m by no means a smart investor but can tell you with conviction this thing is going to be all over the place until they’re loading graphene on trucks to buyers. I wouldn’t be shocked to see $2 or $10 until that happens.

There could also be the opposite effect. My son in college has a girlfriend that has latched onto him and said multiple times how nice it is his family doesn’t do “divorced family Christmas”. Oddly enough we seem very normal to her and she’s gravitated to that.

She also only had one other boyfriend but it was a 2 year HS thing so she seems to lean into long term commitments. Of course we’re talking a college aged girl though so who knows what’ll happen.

The difference between a buy in at $5 vs $1 isn’t going to matter when it hits $300. Just sayin’…
These spats between right podcasters and X’ers are ridiculous. It makes them both look stupid and small.

What ever happened to serious adults running things?
They should give anyone of SS eligible age the option to opt out in exchange for a big standard deduction (like $125k per year) that’s inflation indexed for the rest of their life. I haven’t done the math but something like that would be appealing.

Otherwise your’re telling the same group “thanks for paying but you don’t get anything” - which is getting tiresome for the upper middle class that pays for everything but gets phased out of any breaks.
Creatine
Pure Methyl Multi
Boron
Natto
Tumeric
Glucosamine and Condroitin (sp?)
Omega 3

I’m adding Magnesium and wondering if the Omega 3 is necessary since I eat a can of tuna a week. Have a family history of heart and BP issues though.

re: Joint Pain

54 yr old here and I think it depends.

I’ve stopped having chronic back and knee pain through lifting. So in some cases strengthening the muscles has helped.

My shoulder on the other hand has structural issues so I’ve had to alter my workouts to avoid putting my right shoulder in a bad spot. No bench, no dips. I can overhead press with elbows forward as long as I don’t come down too deep and can dumbbell press and use cable flies as long as I get in the right position. So I work around it. You can feel the difference between an ache (elbow) and an “oh shite something isn’t right in there” pain. I did OH press yesterday and today it feels as good as it normally feels. I also warm it up with intent before every workout.

Also, I do believe tumeric and glucosamine and chondroitin help with overall inflammation. YMMV.
