I had to work weird shifts Friday and Saturday, so I’m just finishing up Friday the 13th now and will just try to do 6 days this week. It’s gonna affect my pressure cooker but whatever

Shoulders like boulders after all that benching had me dropping down to 25lb dumbbells.

I’m curious if we get another pressure cooker this week to try and beat today’s numbers

I had to deal with a flat tire and shovel snow yesterday and then ran into some hurricanes since it was Fat Tuesday. Finishing up Tempo Tuesday now; those pull-ups with pause at top and bottom are no joke.

Looks like my job here is done :)

I did 7,7,7 today for 21 to party; weight moved easy throughout. I’ve gotta be honest though I am starting to get a bit of shoulder and elbow tweakage. Glad it’s just a 4 week program.

I'm invested at this point as there is only 1 week left, but I haven't enjoyed this as much as squatober and will likely be skipping next year.

I miss hitting other bodyparts. I feel like Benchamin franklin 2 is a much better all around workout and just as good of a chest program as benchuary has been.

Working out for first time in 7 days was a little taxing on the system lol. Hate that I am behind as I want to finish the program, see what increase in bench I have, and move on to some programming to address two specific activities I enjoy as hobbies.

I cannot say I am a fan of these tricep pushups. I'd rather get tricep work in other ways and I feel like even though I try to mimick the example given, that I am working more of my shoulders than I should be.

Re: triceps pushups on bar: It’s too much of a hassle in my gym too. Ive been doing close grip push-ups with a 45, 25, and no weight on my back

I only did it this year cause it was purely Aaron with the programming. I also will probably run big bench for Christmas instead of just one of his other upper focused 5 days next year.

I had just about finished benchamin 2 when this started, so I'm 2 months in on bench specific plans. Shoulders have been holding up so far but I've intentionally taken it light.

I think I may go with pool season 2 or silver back after this is over.

Silver Back sounds good; I haven't run Strongville in forever and it's similar to Silver Back I think (higher volume lower %s) but can get longer on the double stairway days. I have also been wanting to run 70s Big and the remastered Mass that Lasts again.
