Just got a mint condition Rogue LP-2 on the secondhand market for $2K.
Will get some pictures up once I have it in place.
Retails for $3500 and over $4K after shipping and taxes. I could flip it around tomorrow and sell it for a profit.

I once won an auction item from a local private school. I got a Sorinex lat pull down (300lb) and a Sorinex cable column (250lb) both for $160.
The picture didn’t show what they were but I could tell.
I sold the lat pull down for 750 because it didn’t fit my garage ceiling. I was going to keep the cable column but I got an itch to clear space in the garage so I sold it for another 750.
I regret selling the cable column now. Wish I had kept it.

Nah, I don’t live in Louisiana. It was on OfferUp. Guy listed it for $3K. I low balled him with $2K and he didn’t even counter.
I have 20 foot ceilings in my garage so it shouldn’t be a problem unless we move. And again, I can always sell it for a $1K profit at least.
