What do you all about powder or liquid collagen? Do you feel/see positive effects from it? Considering adding it to a morning shake if I can justify the cost, because some of these collagen powders and liquids are pretty high for the serving size amounts.

I had some tendonitis issues about a year ago. i used powder supplement of collagen. after using it and giving myself appropriate rest time i have 0 issues in that area now.
did the collagen help? i dont know for sure. previous rest periods did not help the tendons much though. so maybe? i sure didnt hurt, so i continue to supplement with collagen now.
take that for what its worth.

Collagen is the most readily available protein in the body. I have a serving every day in my coffee. I can't say that i feel any different but I feel pretty good so just like other supplements I'm going to stick with it.
You can find some good deals on it too. Primal Kitchen has a buy one get one free deal I saw on Instagram. So, about $17 per container.

Collagen is awesome. It felt like it took a few years off my joints. I'll never stop. Tumeric has been great for joint health as well.
