Any limitations?
I can't cut the transplanted hair with clippers for one year, but I didn't plan on it anyway. My barber gives me a high fade and trims the top with clippers.
That's the only limitation.

Has anyone getting testosterone injections here had to donate blood because of raised red blood cell numbers? My doctor told me it was a possibility when doing injections instead of the gel. My RBC count came back high so I have to go donate.

Unnecessary 99% of the time. TRT will increase erythropoiesis in every single person. Unless you’re having visible symptoms from elevated hematocrit, there is absolutely no need to donate. It’s a temporary solution.
Hydration, split doses, and cardio is usually the solution.
What’s your H/H?

Hemoglobin: 18.6
Hematocrit: 58.9
RBC: 6.44
I know I may have been dehydrated as well. I ended up fasting all morning until 1:30pm two days in a row because my appointment was screwed up and I know I wasn’t drinking as much as I usually do.

That’s pretty high but I would be willing to bet really good hydration would fix it or at least bring it down to the high end of normal.
What of the times we draw labs first thing in the morning so you’re behind on hydration to start. I usually drink at least 40oz of water before labs for a more realistic h&h. Last weeks hct was 48 on 250mg/week.

Yeah I tried to go early on a Friday that I was off but they required appointments now. So I had to go back on my lunch hour and that’s usually from 1:30-2:30. I went Monday and they weren’t showing my appointment so I scheduled it for the next day while there.

Wait, I was under the impression that you shouldnt eat or drink for 12 hours prior to labs being taken? Which is what I've been doing, no wonder my H&H are high
