I was coming to this forum in hopes of finding something on this topic. Thanks for doing so. I am Type 2 and have been on Monjaro for a year now. A1C is 4.9 and lost 25 lbs. I am 64 years old but my main problem is energy level. I was a workout fiend and now I don’t want to do anything and sometimes I feel like I am dying from inactivity. Recently started the Shilyat (msp) tablets for an energy boost versus a synthetic T shot.

I started low carb high fat. 10 yrs in im keto/carnivore, more carnivore.if i eat 30 grams of carbs a week that's a lot.
and the carbs I eat are Broccoli cauliflower and a lot of salads, absolutely no sugars, rice starches or white breads no oatmeal which i love.
no medications at all type 2 can be reversed with diet and lifestyle changes
I would suggest getting a CGM (constant glucose meter)
i use stello. libre just a couple
plenty videos to watch DR Binkman Jason Fong I wouldnt do any glp1
