McAfee Pop Ups

I keep getting (fake, I think) pop ups supposedly from McAfee that my computer is infected with viruses. When I run a scan with my own virus protection software (not McAfee) it shows clean, no viruses.

Anyone else experiencing this?

It was terrible about a month ago. Now it just happens every few days and I have to close the TD tab and reopen it.
