This is a reference to the song Combination Pizza Hut and TacoBell by Da Racist
I heard this song when it was posted in a thread by one of the greatest of thread starters S. Link to Thread
Since that time, S and I habitually reference it in our posts to one another. Whenever I am posting under alters, I tend to let him know who I am by saying I'm over at the combination pizza hut and taco bell on jamaica avenue.

The Private Message: FREE HENDERSON is the PM from some admin that I received when I was banned in 08 or 09. I was banned for a few months for spamming anchored threads. I went from about 10k to about 30k posts in a few days. I think I may have had near 10k in one night. At the time, my best pal hendersonshands was banned, and this was part of my outpouring of support to free him as my messages read FREE HENDERSON.
I would have gotten away with it if a certain douche named cosmokramer had not outted me by starting a thread on how much my post count had exponentially grown. However, one could say this was revenge for the time I bumped an old thread in which CK had posted a picture. The url to the image had changed to a pornographic image. CK got banned because of this, and it was quite hilarious.
Anyway, my f5ing adventures became quite infamous. f5 reloads the page after you post, so all you have to do is press f5 over and over and boom infinite post, hence how I got my count so high. A few other posters such as muppet and charles bronson were the only ones that actually noticed my antics as they were happening.
