have a bottle of WFZ and Atrazine from last year. Wonder if this stuff loses its potency after a summer stored in a garage.

It will over time but 1 year you should be good. I’ve used 1 and 2 year opened bottles of WFZ and atrazine with good efficacy on weeds.

Looking at the weather forecast I think you can do 1 more shot of the cocktail, but if you don’t already have the products and need to buy them, I’d just go with MSM Turf

Shake that Atrazine bottle really good before mixing with water.

Moved into my new house in October, and the yard has a few spots of dollar weed and clover. Told myself I'd wait til spring to take care of them. Did some research and came out with using this:

Ortho WeedClear Liquid Spray

Applied the Ortho back on Saturday, and it does not seem to be working.

Found this thread - would y'all recommend that I try the Clegg's cocktail this weekend? I'd love to get these knocked out soon so that I can then get my fertilizer down...

Main yard is St. Aug with a patch of Zoysia in the side yard
Target weeds are Dollarweeds, Clover, and some Crabgrass interpersed

I'm running rate on applying myself but cleggs winter cocktail definitely takes care of dollarweed and clover. Spot treat and give it a couple of days, you'll know it's working when they start to turn a light neon green.

As long as you apply it when the temperature is below 80 degrees you are ok to apply it.

March-April I would use MSM.
is this due to staying safe during green up? I missed the boat on post emergent control while still dormant. I’m afraid I may be too close to green up to for Cleggs cocktail or something a little more DIY friendly?

MSM seems to be a little more “pro-application”…?

Atrazine will damage Bermuda during spring green up. MSM is cheap and works on a wide range of weeds.
