I made the great mistake of moving behind Almatis (zero research, all my fault) and the bauxite dust from the tailings continues to blow in the direction of the neighborhood. My dog rolled around today in the grass and is completely red now. Is there a way I can basically “clean” my grass due to lack of rain?

Doesn't that dust have negative health side effects? I'm sure it's all in the air you breathe. Do you have a air purification system in your house or something?

Hoo boy.

Location location location.

I'm not sure what else you could do besides run a sprinkler. Maybe a high powered leaf blower.
